How is our AI technology helping Local Government at the moment?
Currently answering over 90% of citizen queries at Southampton City Council, is our 2nd Generation Citizen AI Assistant (SOBOT), trained from a dataset of over 90,000 citizen questions, making it the most sophisticated Citizen AI Assistant in the UK.
Cheshire West and Chester council's AI Assistant (AIDA) handled a 500% spike in citizen queries over the weekend of the first COVID-19 lock down (March 2020).
