Broxbourne Council’s digital assistant, BOB, was launched in 2023 to bring their residents the best conversational AI experience. BOB has now been optimised with the capacity to answer more than 14,000 queries about the council and its services.
With over 4,000 queries already answered, BOB provides instant and reliable support to residents, available 24/7 for support accessed at any time, from any device.
As Councillor Lewis Cocking, Leader of Broxbourne Council says, "The introduction of BOB Bot is a massive game changer for customer service delivery here at the Council... there will be less strain on the Council’s busy call centre, meaning that staff will now be able to focus on more queries that can only be handled over the phone".
The AI solution is the Council’s latest move in its continued commitment to digital transformation and dedication to creating a seamless, user-friendly experience for residents and other service users.
