ICS.AI Quarterly Company Day: Building Velocity Through Unity

Last week, the ICS.AI team came together once again – this time back in Reading,

almost exactly a year since we were last at this venue. As always, our quarterly Company Day was an opportunity to celebrate achievements, share updates, and look ahead to what’s next for our rapidly growing business. 


Celebrating Success and Welcoming New Faces 


The day opened with well-deserved celebrations. Six team members received promotions, recognising outstanding contributions in driving our transformation – congratulations to Ella, Nat, Justyna, Nick, Griff and Aneeq. Each represents the excellence and dedication that define the ICS.AI culture.  


We were also delighted to welcome Senior Project Manager, Alex, and Change Manager, Donna, to the team, joining us as we contribute to grow at pace.  


Velocity, Velocity, Velocity 


Martin Neale at ICS.AI

ICS.AI CEO, Martin, kicked off the main session with an energising presentation on strategy, velocity, and vision. His key message was clear: velocity defines our success. 


In AI transformation, speed isn’t just advantageous – it’s essential. Martin highlighted that AI-native organisations are achieving up to 100x productivity gains, setting a new standard for operational efficiency. Our mission is clear: move faster in technology development, market penetration, customer acquisition, and delivery - or risk being overtaken.  


“If we’re not moving fast enough – not developing fast enough, not innovating fast enough – someone else will. Velocity is what drives transformation.” 

The numbers speak to our momentum:  


  • 30% workforce expansion underway  

  • Monthly billing capacity doubled  

  • 62% market share in LRG-based phone AI 

  • 19:1 ROI from marketing investment   

  • 1,000+ leads generated in Q1* alone  


Martin also reaffirmed our commitment to AI for All, ensuring every team member – and our customers – have access to the latest AI tools. He announced new internal initiatives, including the planned appointment of an AI Czar to coordinate innovation across departments and deepen AI adoption company wide.  


Commercial Highlights and Growth 


CFO, Tim, shared strong Q1 results, confirming profitability and a clear trajectory towards this year’s target. With multiple multi-million-pound AI transformation programmes already underway, ICS.AI is on track for another year of record expansion. 


A Unified AI Platform  


Martin reflected on ICS.AI’s evolution from an NLP AI provider to a GenAI-native platform, now delivering a unified AI experience that is faster, smarter, and up to 90% more cost-effective than traditional subscription-based models.  


Our unified AI platform integrates three critical organisational areas - front door customer engagement, back-office operations, and staff productivity - into a single, cohesive and integrated solution.


Key differentiators include: 


  • 90-95% cost reduction versus consumer subscription models 

  • Multi-LLM flexibility avoiding vendor lock-in 

  • Enterprise-grade UX designed for organisations, not consumers 

  • “AI for All” pricing at £1.50 per user/month for our Foundation tier 


This marks a fundamental shift from fragmented point solutions to a cohesive platform that delivers AI transformation at unprecedented value.

With strong traction from our AI Transformation Assessments and increasing demand for enterprise-scale AI deployment, the company is now extending its reach across new industries and geographies. 


By combining sector expertise with an adaptable platform, ICS.AI is positioning itself as the partner of choice for AI transformation, helping organisations accelerate their digital evolution with measurable value and impact.

Our engineering team continues to deliver at a remarkable speed, with recent milestones including:

  • SMART: AI for All Foundation demo achieving ChatGPT-comparable UX at fraction of the cost 

  • Launch of SMART: Notes mobile app extending AI assistant capabilities 

  • Consolidated platform architecture unifying Local and Regional Government, Education and Staff Copilot offerings 


The team’s ability to innovate while navigating external platform changes demonstrates the resilience and technical excellence that underpin ICS.AI’s success.  


Marketing and Brand: Amplifying Our Voice

Our marketing velocity continues to accelerate: 


  • 78 events scheduled for the year 

  • 72+ million audience reach through 90+ press mentions in the last six months  

  • 8 award finalist positions, including the National AI Awards (fingers crossed for 2 weeks' time!)  


With a growing marketing team and a powerful communications strategy, ICS.AI is rapidly evolving from “best kept secret” to category leader. 


Delivery Transformation 


Mark (Director of Delivery), and Rahim (CTO) unveiled our evolved delivery model, introducing: 


  • Specialised towers for Client Implementation, Product Engineering, Data & Analytics 

  • A “Wagile” methodology blending structure with flexibility 

  • A new dedicated Change and Adoption practice  

  • 100% renewal rate achieved by our Customer Success team  


This cements our progression from startup to a mature, structured delivery organisation capable of running multiple complex transformations simultaneously. 


Cultural Foundation: Living AI Transformation  


In one of the most engaging sessions, Sam shared insights from our internal AI usage survey – demonstrating how deeply AI is embedded in our culture:  


  • Average 50% time savings per task - effectively doubling productivity 

  • 87% of staff feel more valuable in their roles  

  • Near-universal daily AI usage across the company 

  • Almost half of the team now spends around three hours per day in deep collaboration with AI tools 


We're not just selling AI transformation - we're living it. These results prove that ICS.AI is truly an AI-native organisation, embodying the future of intelligent working.  


Looking Ahead 


With a 30% workforce expansion, four concurrent AI Transformation programmes, and a rapidly growing suite of SMART: products, the next quarter promises to be one of the most exciting yet.
