ICS.AI named finalist for ‘AI Excellence in Innovation’ at the South Coast Tech & Innovation Awards 2025

ICS.AI has been announced as a finalist in the 'AI Excellence in Innovation' award category at the South Coast Tech & Innovation Awards 2025, hosted by The Business Magazine and Insider Media; winners will be revealed on Thursday, 16 October 2025.

This recognition reflects our mission to help public and trusted sectors achieve long-term financial sustainability with AI, while keeping the human connection at the heart of our services. From customer service transformation to secure staff copilot tools, our work is delivering measurable benefits across local government, education and healthcare.

Recent highlights include:

• Millions of AI-supported resident and student interactions each year, helping services scale responsibly.

• Sector-first deployments with partners such as Derby City Council, where generative AI upgrades in 2025 increased call deflection and improved access to information across multiple languages, supporting better outcomes for residents.

• A 5 million savings guarantee for qualifying mid-sized councils adopting our unified AI platform.
