ICS.AI Named Ones to Watch at LDC

We’re proud to share that ICS.AI has been named as "One to Watch" in the LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders 2025.

Selected from over 700 submissions across the UK - this recognition is an incredible achievement and a real testament to the ambition, innovation, and impact behind our journey as we continue to transform public sector outcomes through responsible, high-impact AI.

The LDC Top 50, created by LDC - the private equity investor that is part of the Lloyds Banking Group - in partnership with The Times, shines a spotlight on the UK's most inspiring entrepreneurs and business leaders. The Ones to Watch category recognises those making significant progress in scaling their business, creating a positive impact for customers and employees, and demonstrating outstanding potential in future growth.

John Garner, Managing Partner at LDC, shared:

“It’s been eight years since we launched The LDC Top 50 and in that time, we’ve had the honour of meeting some exceptional people. This year has been no different. I’d like to congratulate this year’s Ones to Watch on their success so far - we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them.”

We’re proud to be part of this group of innovators shaping the future of UK enterprise. Our mission is to help public sector organisations harness the power of Artificial Intelligence to deliver better, more efficient, and more inclusive services. From our AI-powered Copilots to our AI Transformation Assessments supporting digital change across government, health, and education - this recognition marks another milestone in our journey to make AI both transformative and responsible.

We were thrilled to join fellow leaders and innovators at BAFTA, London, last night (8th October), for the national celebration, with the full feature published in The Times today (9th October).

A huge thank you to our incredible team, partners, and clients who continue to believe in our mission and make this success possible.
