This week marks a pivotal moment in our growth. While many across the industry have been heads-down finalising their G-Cloud 15 submissions, we took this opportunity to do something fundamentally different. We didn’t just refresh our catalogue; we executed a major strategic expansion.
For years, we’ve been the go-to experts in Local Government. With this submission, we’ve taken that expertise and expanded it across the full breadth of UK public services.
The headline numbers
7 Sectors (expanded from 1)
319 Listings (our most ambitious yet)
4 Product Pillars (Front Door, Staff Copilot, Data, Agentic)
1 Unified Platform: SMART: AI for All
A new era for UK public services
The headline isn't just the number of listings - it’s where they are. We’ve moved beyond our traditional stronghold to bring the full SMART: Unified AI for All Platform to every corner of the public sector.
When G-Cloud 15 goes live later this year, our coverage can serve:
Local Government: Councils, combined authorities, and housing
Higher Education: Universities
Further Education: Colleges
Schools & MATs: Academies and multi-academy trusts
NHS & Healthcare: Trusts and healthcare providers
Emergency Services: Police, ambulance, and fire
Central Government: Departments and agencies
Why sector specificity matters
G-Cloud is the compliant route for the UK public sector to buy cloud services, but a "one-size-fits-all" listing doesn't work for AI. Context is everything.
We’ve built specific capabilities tailored to the language, systems, and challenges of each sector. A university's struggle with student retention requires different logic than a council's housing void turnaround. An NHS trust's patient flow priorities are distinct from a police force's case progression needs.
This isn’t copy-and-paste. We’ve built sector-specific data applications, specialist copilots, and integration agents for the systems each sector actually uses - all procurable via Lot 2b (Cloud Software) and Lot 3 (Cloud Support).
Walking the walk: how AI helped
To achieve an expansion of this magnitude - 319 distinct listings with 50-word descriptions, 10 features, 10 benefits each, service definition documents, pricing, terms - we had to rely on the very technology we sell. It's an example of what we preach: AI augmenting human capability.
We built an internal agent specifically to help us develop, refine, quality-check, and help up-load our G-Cloud listings. It ensured consistency across hundreds of products while adhering to the framework's strict formatting requirements.
It’s the perfect example of our philosophy: AI augmenting human capability. Our team brought the sector expertise and strategic thinking; the AI enabled us to execute at scale without sacrificing quality.
What this means for you
Whether you are a University CIO, an NHS Trust Director, or a Central Government Digital Lead, the SMART: platform is now tailored to your reality.
G-Cloud 15 goes live later in the year - and we’re ready. This submission represents months of work from product, delivery, sales, leadership, and marketing. To everyone involved: thank you. It is more than a catalogue; it’s the foundation for our next phase of growth.
If you’re thinking about how AI might transform not just your digital services but your physical service delivery, we should talk.
