FT 1000 2026

ICS.AI has been named in the Financial Times FT1000, ranking 691st among the 1,000 fastest-growing companies across Europe.

Compiled by the Financial Times in collaboration with Statista, the FT1000 recognises companies with the highest compound annual revenue growth between 2021 and 2024. The ranking highlights organisations that have demonstrated sustained growth despite a complex and challenging economic climate.

For ICS.AI, this recognition reflects more than growth alone. It reflects a model that is working.

We have focused on helping public sector organisations move beyond AI pilots to deliver measurable, organisation-wide outcomes through a unified AI platform and a clear AI Target Operating Model (TOM). Our approach combines:

  • A unified AI platform spanning resident access, staff productivity and back-office automation

  • “AI for All” – universal, governed access for staff

  • Governance embedded as configuration, not policy documents

  • Outcome-first delivery focused on bankable, in-year impact

We believe sustainable growth follows demonstrable value. Our work with local authorities such as Derby City Council – where measurable savings and service improvements have been identified – shows what happens when AI is deployed as infrastructure, not experimentation.

ICS.AI CEO Martin Neale commented:

Being recognised by the Financial Times reinforces that scalable, governed AI transformation is not only possible in the public sector – it is accelerating. Thank you to our team, customers, and partners who made this possible.

As AI adoption moves from curiosity to operational necessity, our focus remains clear:

  • Deliver measurable value.

  • Scale responsibly.

  • Make AI work for everyone.
