During the session, ICS discussed the positive news surrounding digital technology within the public sector and how digital technology is currently helping public services with COVID-19 challenges.
ICS.AI were particularly impressed with how Kate Hurr and her team at Cumbria County Council produced a Track and Trace application in less than 10 days, that is currently outperforming the national system.
