A Big Week for GovTech: ICS.AI Joins Elite Panel at Houlihan Lokey ONE

This week, we were proud to attend the Houlihan Lokey ONE Global Conference in London - a major gathering of more than 3,000 attendees and 220 participating companies exploring the forces shaping global markets across technology, FinTech, and financial services. 

As part of Day Three’s Technology and Financial Services track, our CEO, Martin Neale, joined the panel “Latest Trends Across European GovTech”, alongside industry leaders from across the investment and technology landscape. The discussion focused on the accelerating transformation of public sector services, the rise of AI-enabled operating models, and the growing investment momentum behind GovTech innovation across Europe. 

Martin shared insights from ICS.AI’s work with UK local authorities and public sector organisations, highlighting how AI-native operating models are reshaping service delivery, unlocking productivity, and enabling sustainable long-term transformation. The panel also explored the broader forces driving digital disruption and the opportunities emerging for investors and innovators alike.
