Eligibility:
The prize draw is open to attendees of Jisc Digifest on 11th – 12th March 2025 and UCISA Leadership Conference on 18th – 20th March 2025 who are residents of the United Kingdom and are aged 18 years or over. Employees of UCISA, Jisc, or ICS.AI, their family members, or anyone else connected with the event may not enter the prize draw.

Entry Conditions:
Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Participants enter the draw by completing a quiz at stand 60 of the UCISA exhibition or at stand 15 at Jisc Digifest. Quiz scores will determine eligibility for different prize tiers.

Prize Details:
The prizes consist of LEGO sets of varying value. Prizes are tiered based on quiz performance:

Tier 1 (Top Prize): LEGO Icons Concorde Iconic Model Plane Set for Adults 10318 or LEGO Young Simba the Lion King. Available to highest-scoring quiz participants at each event (This prize will go to highest scoring participant at each event, if there are multiple winners a prize draw will determine the winner)

Tier 2 (Second Prize): LEGO Darth Vader™ Helmet or LEGO Williams Racing FW14B & Nigel Mansell. Available to second-highest scoring quiz participants at each event (A prize draw will determine the winner)

Tier 3 (Third Prize): LEGO 2023 McLaren Formula 1 Race Car or LEGO Botanical collection Chrysanthemum. Available to third-highest scoring quiz participants at each event (A prize draw will determine the winner)​

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected through a tiered prize draw system based on quiz performance.

 

Participants will complete a quiz at the ICS.AI exhibition stand during Jisc Digifest (11th - 12th March 2025) and UCISA Leadership Conference (18th - 20th March 2025).

Based on quiz scores, participants will be placed into one of three scoring tiers at each event. 

 

A prize draw will be conducted within each tier to determine the winners:

Participants with the highest score from each event will be eligible to win the top prize. If there are multiple winners a prize draw will determine the winner.

Participants with the second-highest scores will be entered into the Tier 2 prize draw for the chance to win the second prize. 

Participants with the third-highest scores will be entered into the Tier 3 prize draw for the chance to win the third prize.

The prize draw for both Jisc Digifest and UCISA Leadership Conference will take place on 21st March 2025 at 15:30 during an online Microsoft Teams meeting following the events, all quiz participants will receive a meeting invitation sent to the email address provided on the quiz.

Notification:
Winners will be announced during the online prize draw on 21st March 2025 at 15:30. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize using the process defined in the event. Winners will be asked to provide their name and email address for verification purposes. 

​​

Claiming the Prize:
Participants must claim their prize within 30 days of the online prize draw by emailing marketing@ics.ai with their shipping details. Failure to claim the prize within this time limit or to comply with any other T&Cs will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited. ​

Shipping of Prizes:
Prizes will be shipped to winners within the United Kingdom only. There will be no expense to the winners for shipping, as ICS.AI will cover all associated costs. Prizes will be dispatched after the claim process has been completed and verified.

Unclaimed prizes:
If the winner does not claim their prize within 30 days of the online prize draw on 21st March 2025, the prize will be forfeited.

Data Protection:
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the event's privacy notice, and by scanning the participant's name badge into the lead capture device. Please read the ICS.AI privacy notice carefully to understand how your personal data will be treated. In accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended by the Data Protection and Digital Information Act 2024), participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and data portability in relation to their personal data.

Liability: 
UCISA, Jisc and ICS.AI (the organisers) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by attendees, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the prize draw. The organisers' liability for losses arising from this promotion is limited to the value of the prize and the organisers will not be liable for any losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the participant entered the prize draw.

Digital Fairness:
In line with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the organisers commit to conducting this prize draw in a transparent and fair manner, with clear terms and process for all participants. 

Changes to the Terms: ICS.AI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter, or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond our control.

Tax Implications:
Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Governing Law:
This prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance of Terms:
Participation in the prize draw constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
