This year’s Future Decoded marked one of the most important events in our company’s history, with the launch of FLEX AI’s new product line-up. We were anxious to share what we have worked on for many months, and are overwhelmed to say that FLEX AI’s presentation at Future Decoded was a resounding success.
With over 20 years of experience as CEO of ICS Solutions, I have never seen the enthusiasm and intrigue of a new product line-up greeted as warmly by such large groups of interested attendees. During the two day exhibition, FLEX AI’s stand had over 1200 visitors, with over 40 attendees arranging meetings at the stand. As one of the very few stands offering, intuitive AI digital workplace solutions, we were pleased to see that the Future Decoded attendees were as enthused as we are in the workplace of tomorrow.
One of the key aspects of FLEX AI which resonated with the crowds of Future Decoded was the One Stop Bot™, the FLEX Concierge. Often described as the ‘Alexa for business’, we designed the FLEX Concierge with the future in mind. Attendees were fascinated by the AI chatbot, and its ability to interact with any number of chatbots on the user’s behalf, effectively eliminating cluttered digital workplaces.
Among my favourite reactions FLEX AI received at Microsoft’s exhibition were attendees including the Head of Major UK Police Force who exclaimed ‘This is brilliant, I need to see you guys now’. This sentiment was echoed by dozens of other major organisations including leading national health services, and Microsoft Azure gurus.
Future Decoded laid the foundations from which FLEX AI has forged strong relationships with a wealth of interested parties, all excited at the prospect of unlocking the future of the workplace.
