One of the most common things people want to know about Artificial Intelligence are the common use cases or to put it another way, Where do I start?.
This can be tricky to answer because AI is actually a number of very different capabilities housed within the collective noun of AI, - Chatbots, Machine Learning, Predictive Analysis etc. We at FLEX AI began our AI journey with Chatbots because they offer immediate self service advantages by allowing untrained people to interact with complex information or systems by just chatting and everyone can do that!
